Tube dimensional inspection
Measure diameter, width, height, wall, length, straightness, twist, and feature geometry with method discipline.
Tube-mill investigation must follow site lockout/tagout, guarding, stored-energy, electrical, pinch-point, hot-work, and qualified-person procedures. Never inspect, measure, or adjust moving equipment.
Control the measurement system
Define datum, location, orientation, temperature condition, instrument contact, and reporting precision. Apparent product variation can originate in fixture, method, resolution, or operator technique.

- Study repeatability before reacting to small shifts
