Manufacturing & troubleshooting
Tube forming defects
Investigate shape, edge-wave, buckling, marking, and dimensional symptoms across forming and sizing stages.
Tube-mill investigation must follow site lockout/tagout, guarding, stored-energy, electrical, pinch-point, hot-work, and qualified-person procedures. Never inspect, measure, or adjust moving equipment.
Map the pattern through the line
Determine where the condition first becomes observable using stopped, isolated equipment and approved methods. Compare both sides, repeat interval, strip position, and changeover timing.
